ROMMEL GmbH, a member of the Mühlbauer group, specializes in turnkey solutions for the automation of production lines (Automation & Board Handling) as well as for the marking and tracing of divers products (Marking & Traceability). A special area is the laser marking process for the traceability of security relevant parts in the electronics industry. In addition, the company is well-established as turnkey solution partner for production automation in the field of solar technology, especially in the production of silicon modules and the concentrator technology (CPV).

Coming from the SMT and electronics industries, ROMMEL GmbH has been positioned in various industries such as medical engineering, aerospace, metal and paper processing as well as packaging industry. The marking solutions are able to process a variety of materials such as metals, plastics, wood, glass, ceramics, paper or leather.

A sophisticated software approach enables the storage, query and traceability of the applied data as well as the integration of ROMMEL systems in complex logistic networks. The modular structure of the systems, our know-how of several years in the fields of automation and marking as well as an extensive vision competence allow the efficient realization of integrative solutions.

Based on the integration of ROMMEL GmbH into the internationally active Mühlbauer Group with almost 2,000 employees, the company has benefited from a continuously extended global service and sales network with currently 30 locations since 1981.
