WL 2001 TT | Labeling station
The labeling station is used to precisely apply labels of a size of up to 5x5 mm in a production and/or marking line. The issues of productivity, process reliability and cycle time are taken into account on the basis of various solutions.
2 different label sizes can be applied simultaneously
Setting up is possible during production mode
Optionally equipped with two thermal transfer printer with 300 and 600 respectively
Process two different label sizes at the same time or alternatively to retrofit during marking
Creation of programs and the setting of parameters can be carried out intuitively due to new software interface
Integrated code generator as well as an open data base interface provide for a quick assignment of label contents
Pre-scan function verifies the quality of the code before picking the label on the vacuum stamp
Post-scan checks the applied label and guarantees that the output of the machine consists of good labeled components only
